How do I know that there is no conflict of interest when you buy my property?

We operate by the ‘we will not buy a property for our client if we won’t do it with our own money’ mantra. To avoid any conflict of interest:

  • We charge a flat fee instead of charging a percentage of the purchase price,

  • We do not work with developers,

  • We do not accept commissions from other real-estate professionals such as sales agents, property managers and building and pest inspectors.

Is Buyer’s Agent service targeted to more affluent customers?

No, our client base includes first-time investors, rentvestors or SMSF clients with a moderate super balance.

What does your service entail that I possibly cannot do on my own?

We are experienced buyers with all facets of the property buying journey. A few things that an individual customer may not be able to replicate are:

  • The foundation of our service is based on what the data is telling us. We look at 35 data indicators and tailor them to individual circumstances/requirements.

  • We leverage established relationships with industry professionals including sales agents, property managers, solicitors, brokers, accountants, building and pest inspectors etc.

  • Negotiate a fair price for the property and contractual terms suitable for our clients.
